Our journey began with a paradox. While in pursuit of the finest French pastry techniques in Paris, we discovered something far more profound: a deep, global yearning for Japanese culture.
As we served authentic pâtisserie in our cafe, conversations with people from all walks of life revealed a truth we hadn’t seen from within Japan. They weren't just looking for a sweet; they were seeking the "spirit" behind the craft.
As Japanese creator fluent in English and French, a quiet but firm mission took root in our heart: If we do not share the true essence of "Wa" (harmony) with the world, who will?

TWO YEARS OF SILENCE
A seed of inspiration
To honor this calling, we made the difficult decision to close our beloved cafe. For the next two years, we stepped away from the busy world to weave our experiences into a single vision.
We realized that selling Wagashi (Japanese confections) was not enough.
We wanted to package the entire experience of "Omotenashi"—the Japanese art of hospitality—and the serene wish for peace into a single box. Thus, She’s was born.
